Nyun Technologies Inc. ("Nyun", "we", "us") operates the BlueGrid platform and the nyun.ca website. We are incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
We collect information you provide directly (contact forms, deployment enquiries), technical usage data from the BlueGrid platform (aggregated and anonymised), and, where applicable and under explicit agreement, watershed monitoring data from client deployments. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising, or third-party analytics on this website.
Traditional Ecological Knowledge and First Nations monitoring data held in BlueGrid is governed exclusively by the Nation's own data governance framework. Nyun acts as a data processor, not a data controller, for Nation data. We never aggregate, transfer or disclose Nation data without explicit, revocable consent granted through Nation governance structures.
Contact information is used to respond to enquiries and manage deployment relationships. Platform data is used to operate and improve BlueGrid. We do not sell personal data to any third party.
